A song The Creation covered......

.....is the subject of this post. The flip-side of this 45, "Man of Straw," made it to Rhino Handmade's recent Come To The Sunshine compilation. This song was covered by The Creation in their Ron Wood-era incarnation ['68], and is a really good pop-psych number. This certainly deserves to be reissued as well.

Interesting side note for record geeks like myself: this exists both on the Warner Brothers label [as pictured above] and on Warner subsidiary label Loma.

Mr. Wonderling is evidently still in the music business---a Google search turned up work with John Cale and the late Laura Branigan, as well as work on the movie Full Metal Jacket [assuming it's the same one, but how many can there be?]
