Conway Twitty---singing for the Commies!

Heh...not really, but sorta! This is a re-recording of his country classic "Hello, Darlin' "...sung entirely in Russian. To my limited knowledge, he's the only major country entertainer to do so. And with good reason---it sounds like poor old Conway is struggling with the pronunciation!

This was done for one of the Apollo/Soyuz missions in 1975 [as an olive branch of detente], and you can read all about it at http://history.nasa.gov/astp/music.html .
